Biography
Chuck Zappola is the South Central Region Vice President, reporting to President Steve LeClair. In this role since September 2015, he has full P&L responsibility for sales growth, vendor/customer relationships and operational excellence in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. He is focused on seizing opportunities for expansion with new customers, markets and industry developments. Chuck joined HD Supply Waterworks in 1996 as an Inside Sales Representative, progressing up through the organization as Branch Operations Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Manager, District Manager and Regional Director of Sales and Operations. In recognition for his exceptional performance, Chuck received the President’s Award in 2013 and the CEO Leadership Award in 2014. With strengths in talent development, sales leadership, relationship building, and negotiations, Chuck is positioned to lead his region to new heights in the future. Chuck studied Business and Marketing at Cleveland State University. He is an active member of American Water Works Association, National Utility Contractors Association, Office of Consumer Advocate, and Texas Water Association.
