Biography
Mark Witkowski is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for HD Supply Waterworks, reporting directly to President Steve LeClair. As CFO since February 2016, Mark oversees the Accounting, Credit, Business Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Incentive Compensation, Capital Allocation, and Audit functions. Mark is responsible for Accounting and Reporting the overall financial condition and performance of the Business Unit. He serves an integral role in assisting with the company’s overall growth initiatives and investment. He has led numerous system enhancements to improve sales growth and productivity. Mark has 20 years of experience building and leading finance teams focused on branch-based businesses with centralized and decentralized operations. He joined the company in 2007 as Senior Manager of Finance and was promoted to Director of Credit in 2008 and Vice President of Finance in 2012. Mark began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in St. Louis, Missouri in 1997, working his way up to Senior Manager, where he served large public company audit clients in the manufacturing, distribution and higher education industries. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Washington University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs.
