Tony Cammiso

Biography

 Tony Cammiso is the Fire Protection Region Vice President, reporting to President Steve LeClair. In this role since 2015, he has full P&L responsibility for the sales growth, vendor/customer relationships and operational excellence of this 425-associate business. Through acquisition, Fire Protection has grown significantly with a national footprint serving customers coast to coast. Tony joined HD Supply Waterworks in 2004 as Operations Manager, with promotions to Branch Manager and Director of Operations. His early career included 17 years at Grainger where he started as a part-time Warehouse Associate, and held positions in sales, warehouse supervision, call center supervision, branch management and market development. Tony specializes in managing and building his team while rewarding individual performance. He focuses on fabrication absorption to successfully achieve targeted EBITDA. Excelling at cultivating and strengthening customer relationships to land new business, Tony led the Fire Protection division to win Region of the Year in 2016. During his tenure as Region Vice President, he has expanded the Fire Protection business by adding seven branches. He was personally recognized for exceptional performance with the prestigious CEO Award in 2014 and again in 2016. Tony earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Western International University. He is a member of National Fire Protection Association and American Fire Sprinkler Association.
