Richard has over 12 years of diverse experience working and serving the building construction industry. He has worked the last four years utilizing the latest BIM software to create, produce and coordinate deliverables. Prior to this, he served the public for over five years with Yavapai County as an ICC-Certified commercial plans examiner and building inspector.
