Mr. Jonathan H. Kagan

Biography

 Mr. Jonathan H. Kagan, CPA, has been the Managing Principal at Corporate Partners LLC since January 2006. Mr. Kangan is an Advisor of The View Group, L.P. He served as the Managing Director of Lazard Asset Management LLC. Mr. Kagan served as the Managing Director of Lazard Alternative Investments LLC until February 2009. Mr. Kangan began his career in the investment banking division of Lazard in 1980 and became a General Partner in 1987. At Lazard, he helped head the corporate finance and capital markets areas. He served as the Managing Director of Lazard Asset Management LLC. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Kagan served as the Managing Director of Centre Partners Management LLC. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Kagan served as the Managing Director of Corporate Advisers, L.P, which he joined in 1990. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Kangan served as the Managing Director of Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. He served as the President of Novel Biomedical, Inc. He was an Executive Officer of Colorado MEDTEC LLC. He has been a Director of Marlborough Software Development Holdings Inc. since November 10, 2011. He served as a Director at Ironshore, Inc. since 2006. He has been an Independent Director of Terrapin 3 Acquisition Corporation since July 2014. He serves as a Director of Continental Cablevision, Inc. Mr. Kangan served as a Director of Waterford Wedgwood plc. Mr. Kangan served as a Director of Meggitt Training Systems, Inc. and Firearms Training Systems Inc. Mr. Kangan served as a Director of Gevity HR Inc. from May 1999 to March 2009. He served as a Director of Tyco Toys Inc. since April 1994 and Bitstream Inc. since February 2010. Mr. Kangan serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies and private companies. He received an M.A., with first class honors, from Oxford University and an A.B. from Harvard College, where he graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard College.
