Biography

Deborah was CEO of Covance, the world’s most comprehensive drug development company. She lead an organization of more than 12,000 employees in 60 countries around the globe involved in all phases of drug development, from discovery throughout the product lifecycle. Covance has helped pharmaceutical and biotech companies develop one-third of all prescription drugs in the marketplace today. Covance is the drug development business of Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp®) and Deborah is a member of the LabCorp Executive Committee.
