Biography
Mr. Dean Jonathan Mitchell has been an Executive Chairman of the Board of Covis Pharma Holdings S.à r.l. since August 2013. Mr. Mitchell served as an Executive Officer of MGI Pharma, Inc. since October 2005. Mr. Mitchell has an outstanding track record of success in building companies and growing value at both specialty pharmaceutical companies and large global firms such as Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and GlaxoSmithKline Plc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lux Biosciences, Inc. He holds an MBA degree from City University Business School (London, UK) and his BSc degree in Applied Biology from Coventry University, United Kingdom.
