Biography
Frank Lupisella was named Vice President and Controller of C.R. Bard, Inc. in May 2006. Frank joined Bard in 1987 as Cost Accountant for Cormed, Inc., a subsidiary of the MedSystems Division. Over the past 19 years he has progressed through a series of increasingly more responsible financial positions including Cost Analyst for USCI Angiographic Systems Division, Senior Cost Accountant for the Glens Falls Specials Operation, Plant Accounting Manager at the USCI Fitzwilliam plant, Cost and Budget Manager for Bard Ventures Division, Accounting Manager for Bard Interventional Products, Controller for Bard Vascular Systems, Controller for Angiomed, Vice President and Controller for Bard Interventional Products, and Vice President and Controller for Davol. He was promoted to his most recent role of Assistant Corporate Controller, Manufacturing Operations in February 2005.
