Richard C. Rosenzweig

Biography

 Richard joined Bard in June 2007 as Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Commercial Law and was promoted to Vice President, Law and Assistant Secretary in May 2010. Rich served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Phibro Animal Health Corporation.  From 2001 to 2004, Rich served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of IMPATH Inc.  He also spent three years as Director, Worldwide Licensing & Acquisitions at Johnson & Johnson.  He began his legal career in New York as a corporate attorney, most recently with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.   Rich also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Cancer Institute of New Jersey Foundation.
