Biography
Mr. Samrat S. Khichi, also known as Sam, Esq. has been the Vice President, Secretary and Director of Liberator Medical Holdings, Inc. since January 21, 2015. Mr. Khichi has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PTS Holdings Corp. since October 2007 and has been its Chief Administrative Officer since 2011. Mr. Khichi has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CR Bard Inc. since July 2014. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. from October 2007 and as Chief Administrative Officer from 2011 to July 21, 2014 and also served as its Secretary. He served as a Senior Associate of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He was Counsel in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Group at O’Melveny & Myers. Mr. Khichi was appointed as a White House fellow. He served in the United States Army as a field artillery officer from 1990 to 1994. He was later assigned to the New York/New Jersey High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, where he became deputy director. He was also a U.S. Army captain. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's committee on international security affairs. He is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Mr. Khichi holds a B S in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a M.B.A. from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a J.D. cum laude and Order of the Coif from Fordham University School of Law.
