Biography

Rick, Co-Owner of the Crawfish Co. of Central Fla., Inc and the Harp and Celt Restaurant and Irish Pub, has extensive Customer Service and Air Cargo experience. Rick retired from Delta Air Lines working as a Coordinator for the Airport Coordination Center in the Delta Tower at Orlando International Airport. Rick had twenty-eight years service with Delta Air Lines. Rick also has fourteen years experience planning and producing all aspects of Louisiana Crawfish Festivals and Special Events from logistics and personnel management to booking name brand entertainment. Rick has coordinated the Rajuncajun Crawfish Festivals in Orlando/Oviedo since 1989. Rick is well attuned to customer needs and expectations.
