Biography
Gerald Auer is the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Crop Science, a Division of Bayer and Head of Business Planning and Administration (BPA) for North America. Gerald was born and raised in southern Germany. He attended college at the University of Marburg, in Germany, where he received a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has worked for Bayer and its predecessor companies since 1999.
