Biography

Mr. Stephen F. Schuckenbrock, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer of CROSSMARK, Inc. since December 4, 2014. Mr. Schuckenbrock has more than 30 years of leadership experience in global companies such as Dell, EDS, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay and IBM, his expertise spans sales, marketing and technology. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Accretive Health, Inc. from April 3, 2013 to July 21, 2014. He served as the President of Dell Services at Dell Inc. from January 13, 2011 to December 01, 2012. He served as the President of Large Enterprise at Dell Inc. until January 13, 2011 and also served as its President of Global Large Enterprise since January 2009. Mr. Schuckenbrock served as a Senior Vice President of Global Services at Dell Singapore Pte. Ltd. He served as Senior Vice President and President of Global Services of Dell Inc., from January 8, 2007 to January 2009 and its Chief Information Officer from September 2007 to January 2009. He served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of HP Enterprise Services, LLC (also known as Electronic Data Systems Corp. or EDS) since October 28, 2005 and its Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Services & Client Solutions since January 2004.
