Biography

Director since 2011 Mr. Hunter is the Executive Chairman of Littelfuse, Inc., a global electronics company. Between January 1, 2005 and January 1, 2017, Mr. Hunter served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, where he had served as a director of since June 2002. Mr. Hunter joined Littelfuse as Chief Operating Officer in November 2003. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Veeco Instruments, Inc., where he serves on its Compensation Committee. Mr. Hunter also serves on the Board of Directors of Shure Corporation. The Board believes that Mr. Hunter’s experience as a President and Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded corporation serving global markets, as well as substantial experience in the electronics industry, make him well qualified to serve as a director.
