Professional Expertise Christina joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2016 as a Facilities Manager. Christina is responsible for managing commercial properties throughout the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s portfolio. Christina possesses an extensive background in property management dating back to 1997 by starting out as a leasing agent for a local real estate company. Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company team, beginning in 2006, Christina managed a diverse real estate portfolio for CBRE|MEGA including: residential apartments, single and multi-tenant retail, large shopping centers, industrial buildings, and office buildings. Christina has proven to be a valued resource by being a successful liaison between vendors, tenants and clients.
