Biography

Education and Memberships DeAnn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of South Dakota. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). DeAnn is a licensed real estate person in Nebraska.  

Research Interest

Professional Expertise DeAnn has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate business. As a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, DeAnn’s responsibilities consist of the marketing and leasing of retail properties. DeAnn specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the retail market. Prior the joining the company, DeAnn worked with several enclosed malls, open air strip centers and neighborhood shopping centers. DeAnn has leased and managed properties in five states across the Midwest, as well as Rockford and Chicago, Illinois.
