Biography

Devre Bain has over 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Devre served as a Regional Property Manager in Arkansas overseeing a portfolio comprised of 2,271 conventional units. Specialization in property operations for value-add assets is counted among Devre’s many skills in property management. Devre has also served as a Regional Trainer covering a wide range of the major markets and submarkets throughout the southeastern United States.
