Elaine Clark, Cma

Biography

Education and Memberships Elaine received her BSBA with a major in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Nebraska real estate license. Elaine is active in the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).  

Research Interest

Professional Expertise Elaine joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company as a Senior Accountant in 2012. She is responsible for reviewing financial records, managing cash flow, preparing budgets, performing lease administration, and preparing operating expanse reconciliations for a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties.  Prior to joining the company, Elaine spent 12 years working at two other Omaha real estate companies in their property management accounting departments.
