Gabriel Gianes

Biography

Gabriel joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2016 as a New Development Project Manager where he works with our multi-family projects from inception through stabilization. Working as a design and marketing consultant Gabe collaborates with owners, designers, construction, and management to create the best product possible with a lease-up strategy for success.  

Research Interest

Gabe has been in property management for over seven years. The bulk of his career has been focused on restoration and development of historic buildings transitioning them into multi-family apartment homes. His area of expertise is consulting development/design, marketing and lease-up strategist.
