Biography

Education and Memberships Jerry graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Jerry has achieved the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation, the Building Owners and Managers Institute’s (BOMI) Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, and the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) designation. He is a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Omaha.  

Research Interest

Professional Expertise Jerry has been with the company since 1991. As Chief Operating Officer, Jerry is responsible for the preservation and enhancement of property values for all properties in Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s portfolio. He is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s Development Services Team. To that end, Jerry is responsible for providing Project Management Services relating to the Development Services Team’s development and redevelopment opportunities.
