Biography

Education, Memberships and Awards Greg has been active in local and national industry associations, having served on the Board of Directors as Vice President for the Local Chapter of the National Apartment Association (NAA). He also served on the steering committee with the North Omaha Weed and Seed Program. Greg holds the Certified Apartment Management (CAM) designation and the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation both from the NAA. Greg is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha and was a scholarship athlete on the UNO Mavericks Football Team. Greg was awarded the 2013 Regional Property Manager of the Year by the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha and Lincoln (AAGOL).

Professional Expertise At Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Greg is responsible for the Owner and Tenant contacts on a variety of properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. He provides primary contact and reporting for the assigned properties and is a liaison with the marketing and leasing teams and the facility management teams. Previously, Greg was a Regional Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company where he managed a portfolio of multi-family communities across Nebraska and Iowa for a variety of Cushman & Wakefield /The Lund Company clients. Greg joined the company in 2006 and has over 13 years of experience in residential, commercial and condominium management.
