Biography
Memberships Jim is a member of the Farmers’ Cooperative Business Association where he served as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a board member of the Board of Educational Lands and Funds (BELF). BELF manages over 1.2 million acres of land with an asset value of over 1.5 billion dollars for the benefit of the Nebraska Public School System. He is a member of the National Corn Growers Association and the American Soybean Association. Jim also serves as board member and chairman of multiple church and school boards.

Professional Expertise Jim Hain has over 30 years of agricultural production, farm management and brokerage experience. He has in-depth knowledge of all agricultural programs related to finance, production and conservation on row crops, small grain, ranch land and CRP. He has also worked with specialty crops, both domestically and internationally. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota and can service the entire US with cooperating agreements.
