Biography

Education and Awards Kelly graduated from University of Nebraska – Omaha with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She has obtained the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations with the Apartment Association of Nebraska. She is enthusiastic to continue pursuing further education within the industry. Kelly received The Lund Company’s Residential Department Award for Manager of the Year in 2010 and the Stars of Excellence Property Manager of the Year Award in 2015, presented by the Apartment Association of Nebraska.  

Research Interest

Professional Expertise Kelly joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2007 as a Property Manager. Currently, as a Regional Property Manager, Kelly oversees over 1,100 units. During her tenure, with the company, she has assisted in the acquisition of several new apartment communities and oversees the day-to-day operations of many of the multi-family dwellings within the company’s portfolio.
