Biography

Education and Memberships Nikki holds her Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of South Dakota-Vermillion. She holds her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification from the HRCI Institute and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Nikki belongs to both the local and national chapters of SHRM.  

Research Interest

Professional Expertise Nichole (Nikki) joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2011 as Director of Human Resources, and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2014. Nikki brings with her more than a decade of diverse Human Resource experience and expertise. Nikki has extensive knowledge in employee relations, training and development, recruitment and retention, benefits, labor laws, and compensation. Her responsibilities include the implementation and administration of all Human Resource Programs and policies, as well as managing employee development and relations. In addition, she manages recruiting and staffing, performance management and benefits. Nikki is also responsible for the strategic oversight of the Shared Services and Marketing Departments, which support the different divisions of Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company inclusive of brokerage, commercial, and multi-family property management.
