Paul Rutherford

Biography

Education and Memberships Paul is a licensed broker in Nebraska. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CAPS) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and both the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. As an active member of the community, Paul is the Past President of the Nebraska Chapter of IREM and currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for BOMA/Omaha.  

Research Interest

  Professional Expertise In 2010, Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company as a Senior Facilities Manager. With over 25 years of property management experience, Paul has managed over 500,000 SF of office space throughout the Omaha market. In addition, Paul has managed retail, multifamily, and condominium projects, and has performed construction management services for both capital improvement and tenant improvement projects. Paul is responsible for the management of approximately 275,000 SF of office and retail space for a national corporate client.
