Biography
Education and Memberships Scott is a graduate from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree. While at UNL he was a three-year letterman on the Husker Football Team, earning a Big 12 Championship and a spot on the Big 12 commissioner’s honor roll. Scott is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa, and is an active member of Omaha Venture Group and Mustaches For Kids.

Professional Expertise At Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Scott specializes in investment sales, with a focus on Multifamily assets 50 units and larger. Scott joined the company in 2015, bringing with him 8 years of commercial real estate sales, leasing, management, and ownership experience. In 2015, he received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in order to broaden his industry experience. CCIM’s have completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Scott played a key role in growing a chain of retail stores across Eastern and Central Nebraska within his family’s business.
