Biography
Susan Wells joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2017 as a Regional Property Manager, where she manages 1,800 multi-family units throughout Nebraska and Eastern Iowa. Susan has over 20 years of property management experience and has strong expertise in solving vacancy issues, marketing/branding and fixing cash flow problems. She has worked on all types of properties including conventional, tax credit, mixed use, project based Section 8, elderly, high rise, privatized military housing and single-family homes. In 2002, Susan founded the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha & Lincoln, currently called the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN). The AAN is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Susan is also a United States Navy Desert Storm Veteran. Certifications – Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) – Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) with the US Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
