Biography
Education and Memberships Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her Bachelor of Science Degree with emphasis in Psychology and Communications from Bellevue University. In 2013, Tanya received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Most recently, Tanya became a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty group in 2014. Being an active member of the Omaha community, Tanya is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. Tanya is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA) and is also a member of their development committee. Tanya has served or is currently serving on/for the following Boards/Organizations: Women’s Power Lunch Committee for Habitat for Humanity, Girls Night Out for Girls, Inc., and the CRE Summit Steering Committee.

Professional Expertise Tanya joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2012 bringing with her more than 10 years of leadership and residential real estate experience with both local and national private property management organizations. As Senior Vice President of Property Management at Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Tanya oversees the physical, operational, and financial aspects of the Company’s portfolio of multi-family communities and commercial properties. Tanya’s primary responsibilities are managing client accounts and assisting in growth and development of staff as well as the overall firm. This involves expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that meets or exceeds projections, motivating staff to provide outstanding client service, and participating in the internal management of the company.
