Education and Awards Toni is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska. She was recognized as Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company 2002 New Associate of the Year, the 2003 Dealmaker of the Year for the Property Management Department, and the 2004 Property Manager of the Year.  

Research Interest

  Professional Expertise As Project Administrator for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Toni supports the Property Management department, interfacing with management, accounting, and brokerage personnel, as well as various contacts among the firm’s client group. The responsibilities of this position encompass the entire commercial portfolio of managed properties and include lease review and administration, contract negotiations, tenant retention, and special projects intended to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Additionally, Toni performs leasing and brokerage services for select clients. Toni joined the company in 2002 as a Commercial Property Manager/Brokerage Associate, transitioning in 2009 to Project Administrator. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/ The Lund Company, Toni was a Commercial Property Manager/Brokerage Associate in Las Vegas, and brings 32 years of experience in leasing, sales, and property management.
