Biography
J. David Joyner, CEBS, is Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for CVS Caremark and is responsible for overseeing all new and existing client relationships for CVS Health’s pharmacy benefit management business. An executive with more than 20 years of experience, Joyner joined the company in February 1993. Joyner has served in a number of key sales and management positions for the company, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and was responsible for overseeing all sales and account management services. Previously, Joyner was an account executive for Aetna Health Plans. Joyner earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, and currently holds a certified employee benefit specialist (CEBS) designation.
