David Falkowski

Biography

David Falkowski is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for CVS Health. In this role, Falkowski leads the company’s compliance and internal audit teams. Prior to serving as the Chief Compliance Officer, Falkowski served as CVS Health’s Vice President and General Auditor for four years. During that time, Falkowski helped enhance the company’s audit practices and focus on compliance assurance. Falkowski is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years in a variety of compliance, financial and operational leadership positions. Prior to CVS Health, he most recently held executive roles at National Grid in both the United Kingdom and United States. Falkowski received his undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Bentley College.
