Michael P. Mcguire

Biography

Mike McGuire is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for CVS Health. In this role as chief investor relations officer, he is responsible for enabling effective, two-way communication between CVS Health and the financial community to ensure that the company’s securities achieve a fair valuation. Since joining the company in 1997, McGuire has held positions of increasing responsibility within Finance, including roles within Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Capital Management and Investor Relations. Most recently, McGuire held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations. During his tenure, CVS Health ranked among America’s Most Honored Companies in the Institutional Investor’s publication in 2015, 2016, and 2017 rankings of U.S corporate leaders. For 2017, the company earned Best IR Team, Best Analyst Day, Best IR by a CEO and Best IR by a CFO in its sector. McGuire holds an MBA degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture.
