Scott Baker

Biography

Scott Baker is Executive Vice President, Head of Retail Operations for CVS Health. Baker is responsible for the operation of CVS Pharmacy’s more than 9,600 locations nationwide. This includes oversight of multiple retail-focused teams, including store operations, real estate, construction facilities management, inventory management and logistics. During his more than 20 years with the company, Baker has played a key role in all aspects of retail operations. He joined the company with the Revco acquisition in 1997 as a Region Manager, having previously held a number of field management and operations roles. Baker served as a Region Manager in several CVS Pharmacy markets, and was promoted to Area Vice President for New England in 2002. In early 2007, he was named Senior Vice President, East Division. Baker was instrumental in the successful integration of the Longs Drugs acquisition in 2008. In late 2009, he moved to the Customer Support Center where he works cross-functionally to enhance customer service. Baker received his Pharmacy degree from Butler University.
