Timothy W. Baker

Biography

Timothy Baker has been our executive vice president and chief financial officer since March 2004, and became chief operating officer in June 2013. From July 2003 to February 2004, Baker served as vice president, finance at Stryker Biotech, a division of Stryker Corporation-a medical products and services provider. From July 2000 to June 2003, Baker served as president and chief financial officer at Photoelectron Corp., a provider of miniature x-ray systems for radiation therapy. From January 1996 to July 2000, he served as chief financial officer and vice president of operations at Radionics, Inc., a provider of surgical devices. Baker is a certified public accountant and holds an M.B.A. in operations management.
