• More than 10 years of experience in molecular and technologies development including IVD diagnostics development in both well-established and early startup companies. • Efficient and dynamic leader of 6-year managerial experience with great leadership skills leading multiple projects with clear vision, strategic planning and on-time execution. • Strong hands-on skills on cell cultures/functional assays, immunocytochemistry (ICC)/FISH, single cell analysis including circulating tumor (CTC) and fetal (CFC) cells, and sample preparations/blood cell enrichments as well as microfluidic (Lab-on-A-Chip) platforms.
