Biography

 Mr. Benoît Potier has been the Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide SA since 1997. Mr. Potier serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide UK Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of Air Liquide Tunisie and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1997. He serves as the Chairman and Member of Management Board at Air Liquide America Corp. He served as Director of Management Board at Societe d'Oxygene et d'Acetylene d'Extreme-Orient SA. He served as the Chief Executive of Air Liquide Canada, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide International, American Air Liquide Inc. and Air Liquide Corporation. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of Management Board of Sechilienne-Sidec. He served as the Chairman of the Management Board at L'Air Liquide SA., since November 14, 2001 and served as its Member of the Management Board.
