Biography
Anna N A Tosteson is currently working as Professor of Community and Family Medicine, Dartmouth Medical College. He has authored and co-authored multiple pepeer-reviewed scientific papers and presented works at many national and International conferences.
Research Interest
Dr. Tosteson's research addresses clinical and health policy issues in cancer and musculoskeletal diseases through decision-analytic modeling, economic evaluation, and health services research. She is an active participant in national and international groups that focus on the economic evaluation of both new and established health care technologies. Her methodological interests include decision-analytic modeling, comparative effectiveness research, and statistical methods for diagnostic technology assessment. She is a senior faculty member of The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice, where she directs the Comparative Effectiveness Research Program and the affiliated Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Center in Musculosekeletal Diseases. At Norris Cotton Cancer Center, she directs the Office of Cancer Comparative Effectiveness Research and co-directs the Cancer Control Research Program.
