Biography
Charles C Palmer is an adjunct professor in the Computer Science department here at Dartmouth College. He is also a Research Staff Member and CTO for Security & Privacy at IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, NY where he focus on special projects relating to security & privacy, including unique challenges faced by federal governments.
