Emmett Mcgrath

Biography

 As President of Yoh, Emmett focuses on managing and optimizing Yoh’s branch office network to strengthen and expand Yoh’s local service to our customers. He focuses on Yoh’s local markets and verticals to ensure responsiveness and quality of service. Emmett works closely with Yoh Executive Vice President, Anthony Bosco on the company’s overall strategy and direction. He also leads Yoh’s merger and acquisition activities. Emmett brings thirty years of experience in the human capital arena, specifically in the IT, Health Care, Engineering, STEM and Life Sciences fields. McGrath previously worked for Yoh in various roles, becoming the leader of Yoh’s west and central regions. Before returning to Yoh, he was president of a major life sciences and allied health care provider, and also ran his own consulting business, providing strategic consulting, executive coaching and merger and acquisition strategies to STEM-based staffing companies. His most recent position was leading a U.S. division of a large specialty staffing company. Emmett holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration and Human Resources from California State University.
