Fran Coady

Biography

 ran Coady is senior vice president of human resources at Day & Zimmermann (dayzim.com), a leader in construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world.  Fran brings over twenty years of experience to this role where she oversees all of human resources including talent management, compensation, diversity & inclusion, labor strategy and organizational development across the company. Fran joined Day & Zimmermann in January 2014 as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Munitions & Government business unit.  In this role she had oversight of HR staff at five manufacturing plants.  Prior to Day & Zimmermann, Fran most recently led the HR team at Met-Pro Corporation and spent eleven years at Merck, where she held eight different positions with progressing levels of responsibility. Prior to Merck, Fran worked in various human resources roles at ExxonMobil Corporation.  Fran is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
