Joseph Ritzel

Biography

 Mr. Ritzel joined Day & Zimmermann in 1983 as vice president of finance for a Systems Engineering subsidiary after leaving Touche Ross & Co.  In 1991, he was promoted to vice president and corporate controller for Day & Zimmermann, moving into the role of vice president and treasurer in 1994. Three years later Mr. Ritzel was named vice president and group controller for the company's Government Systems Group and then senior vice president and group controller for Day & Zimmermann's Mason & Hanger Division, prior to assuming his current role. During the course of his career Joe has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the Company through creating and adapting meaningful financial information for decision making, M&A structuring and negotiations, successfully negotiating with lenders and building great talent in the financial organization and throughout the Company.
