Tom Wolgamot

Biography

 Mr. Wolgamot has been involved in the construction and remodel of projects throughout the United States for over twenty two years. His experience has made him familiar with a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, food safety codes, and energy compliance codes Prior to joining DC Engineering, Tom spent four years working as a consultant in Missoula, MT and eleven years as the Director of Engineering for Albertson’s Inc. in Boise, ID. In this capacity, Tom was responsible for ensuring the company’s overall ownership costs of the retail facilities were as low as possible. This required balancing the company’s finances with operating costs and the costs associated with construction, maintenance, and utility consumption.    Currently, Tom manages the Missoula branch of DC Engineering while providing mechanical engineering expertise to our project teams and clients. He is experienced in design and specification of HVAC, plumbing systems, control systems, code compliance, and energy studies, especially for medical, government, and supermarket design projects.  Tom also provides consultation and engineering design for commissioning and retro-commissioning projects to help clients realize energy saving potential and practices.
