Biography
Dr. Newton earned his Ph.D. from the College of William and Mary, specializing in military history. His extant publishing record includes monographs on the Civil War and World War II. Dr. Newton also serves as associate chair of the North and South Magazine, worked as the President of Delaware State’s AAUP chapter from Fall 2007 though Spring 2009.
