Bruno Dacquay

Biography

 Bruno is a passionate entrepreneur and recognized leader in medical device technologies, having had a distinguished career of nearly three decades at Alcon, a division of Novartis.  Driving success in product innovation through to commercialization and market dominance, he earned the executive appointments of Vice President and Franchise Head of Surgical Research and Development, and Vice President of Surgical Instrumentation Research and Development.  During his tenure, he was selected to join top leadership of the organization, the Novartis Corporate Executive Group. Bruno began his career at Biophysic Medical, a French company acquired by Alcon, where he achieved successive promotions with escalating managerial assignments. Retiring from Alcon in 2016, Bruno founded BrighTech Consulting, an organization that guides and assists medical technology companies build technical expertise and maximize product development efficiencies, from concept to launch, to realize organizational excellence. He received his Master’s Degree of Science & Technologies Applied to Biology and Medicine at the University of Lyon, France, with advanced executive leadership education in Breakthrough Process, GAP International, and Program for Management Development, Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
