Biography
Rich Roge brings more than 20 years of senior and executive management expertise in customer growth and retention to Delta Health Systems. His career has been focused on the development and delivery of health insurance and related products, networks, and service offerings through the broker and consultant distribution channels. During his career Rich has held executive level positions in major multi-lines national insurance companies, as well as smaller regional plans, encompassing all market segments and delivery system models. His responsibilities have included underwriting, pricing, sales, marketing and new product development. Rich’s most recent corporate role was as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for a Fortune 200 company, where he was responsible for all commercial medical product lines and market segments, with total revenue in excess of $4 billion. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University.
