Biography
Calvin L. Stevenson, born August 2, 1930, in Anaconda, to Calvin Stevenson and Olga Miller Stevenson, died on February 16, 2016 in Denver, Colorado, his home for over 50 years. He graduated from the Montana School of Mines in 1954 with a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering despite having lost both legs in an industrial accident on the Anaconda Smelter. He went on to earn his Master of Science from Mines (now known as Montana Tech) in Metallurgical Engineering in 1960.
