Biography
Mrs. Charles has 20 years of combined experience in the insurance and collection agency industry. However, working with Dental Planet in a retail company setting, has strengthened her knowledge of the different account practices in our industry and made her a more well-rounded accountant. After remarrying in 2011, she moved to Oklahoma, aka occupied North Texas, and commutes to Texas. She had lived the hustle and bustle of big city traffic for over 20 years. Now, she enjoys watching the cows on her daily drive.
