Biography
Dr. Jennifer Poehls obtained her MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2005. She then moved to San Francisco, where she completed a residency and internship in internal medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Poehls moved back to Madison, WI in 2008, where she completed a fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics (UWHC). She joined the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism as a Clinical Assistant Professor in July 2010. Her medical interests include thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, thyroid disease, and diabetes.
