Biography
Mr. Gary Fischetti served as Worldwide President of Depuy Spine Inc. from 2005 to January 27, 2011. He serves as Chairman of Codman & Shurtleff, Inc., an affiliate of Johnson & Johnson. He has been Chairman of DePuy Spine Inc., DePuy Mitek Inc., and DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., all are affiliate of Johnson & Johnson since January 2011. Mr. Fischetti has been with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) for 27 years, serving in roles in product and business development, general management, and sales and marketing in companies and divisions, including J&J Orthopaedics, DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., Closure Medical and Ethicon.
