Jeff Petrick

Biography

 Jeff Petrick serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of DermOne. He has over 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across the healthcare, manufacturing and travel industries. He held key roles in the completion of two sales of private companies to top-50 public companies and two successful IPOs. Jeff has worked for both private and public companies in the domestic and international markets, and has a track record of delivering outstanding results for emerging and mature businesses. Before DermOne, Jeff served as chief financial officer for Walgreens Healthcare Clinics and Walgreens’ worksite health center businesses. He was instrumental in compiling the Walgreens Healthcare Clinics business plan; establishing the baseline business foundation and funding for the startup; leading the financial due diligence in the multimillion dollar equity offering in 2006; and directing the financial due diligence in the successful sale of the business to Walgreens in 2007. Before Walgreens, Jeff served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer of EnerSys, the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications with over $2 billion in sales. He was instrumental in the completion of EnerSys’ IPO and instituting policies, procedures and processes throughout the worldwide entity to meet SEC reporting and disclosure requirements. Before EnerSys, he served as vice president global finance and corporate controller of Rosenbluth International Inc., which was one of the world’s top-five companies globally specializing in corporate managed travel, with $3 billion in sales. He was a key leader in the sale of the company to American Express Co. Jeff graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude. He is a certified public accountant.
